Friend to Friend uses a Shared Leadership model, which distributes leadership responsibility so that people within an organization lead each other. This model empowers individuals and gives them an opportunity to take leadership positions in their areas of expertise, while also allowing the agency to adapt to change more quickly and come up with innovative new ideas.
